Daryl Reynolds
BCAK Kinesiologist

Daryl is a Practicing Kinesiologist who has worked in the fields of orthopedic rehabilitation and athletic training since 1996. He has extensive experience in treating MVA soft tissue and work related injuries with both ICBC and Worksafe BC.

Daryl holds certifications as a “Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist” with the NSCA and as a level one coach in Triathlon & Olympic Lifting with the CABC. He has helped develop provincial and national level swimmers, water polo players, triathletes and has been the strength coach for the Haney Seahorse swim club since 2006. He has worked for Curling Canada, Curl BC and Karate BC in its athlete testing programs. 

Daryl has presented for the Pacific Sport Group on athlete preparation at their “Sport Map Primer”seminars and on lactate threshold training for groups of local endurance athletes. He has volunteered as a Sun Run “In Training”clinic leader/coordinator since 1998 and half marathon clinic leader since 1999. He achieved his education from Simon Fraser University where he trained in Engineering and Kinesiology, graduating with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology in the late 1980’s.
