At their June 12, 2009 AGM, the members of the BCAK voted by special resolution to adopt a new constitution and bylaws for the BCAK.  The special resolution was filed by the Registrar of Companies immediately after the AGM and has legal effect.  The new constitution and bylaws replace all other versions. The Constitution & Bylaws contain important changes.  All BCAK members are encouraged to read the new constitution and bylaws.  It contains important changes to the BCAK's purposes and how the BCAK is structured and operates. Members of the BCAK can request a copy at no charge.
